The Blood Sugar Reset:
100‑Day Challenge

Date: 5 August 2026
Time: 8-10 pm
Online Platform: Zoom Webinar

It's Not That I'm Not Trying.
No One Ever Showed Me How.

I take the meds. I skip the dessert. And still every check‑up, it's never quite good enough.
  • I take my medicine and watch my diet but my sugar is still up and down
  • Go check‑up so many times, only the dose keeps going up
  • So many people say so many things, I don't know who to believe
  • I know I need to change something, but how?
The problem usually isn't that you're not trying hard enough —
it's that no one has clearly explained HOW.
✅ This Session Is Especially For You If…

• You've just learned your blood sugar is high and feel lost

• You've taken medication for years but readings still swing

• You want to help a parent or spouse manage their blood sugar

• Your levels just stabilised and you want to prevent a relapse

• No medical background needed — seniors can follow along too

Understand the 3 Everyday Things That Help Steady Blood Sugar
That Almost No One Does Right

They sound simple, but they're exactly what most people have been getting wrong.

Dr Eason Chang
INVITED SPEAKER · CLINICAL DOCTOR
Dr Eason Chang MD (UPM)
Diabetes & Metabolic Health PhysicianCertified Diabetes Nutrition AdvisorOSEM Wound Care ConsultantGuang Ming Daily Featured Doctor

While many doctors are busy prescribing, Dr Eason prefers to spend time teaching patients to understand their own bodies. He chose this path because, before he became a doctor, his grandfather passed away from diabetes — the family had trusted too much unprofessional advice, and his condition only worsened. He resolved to use sound medical judgment to help more people avoid the detours.

After graduating from UPM's medical program, he has focused on diabetes and metabolic health for years, and has seen first-hand where diabetes leads when it reaches complications. That's why he often says: the sooner you steady your blood sugar, the better your chance of avoiding that pain. To date he has supported over 3,000 people with diabetes.

“I hope for a day when the world no longer needs diabetes doctors.”

Guang Ming Daily · Resident Featured Doctor
Dr Chang is not your typical doctor, he helps people find a sustainable, day‑to‑day way to manage their blood sugar that they can actually keep up with, working together with their treatment, but not against  it.

Over the years, he's walked alongside thousands of people living with diabetes ordinary folks who felt their blood sugar had taken over their lives.

What he kept noticing was simple: most of them weren't lazy or careless. They just were never shown how to manage it in a way that fit their daily life. So he did something about it.

Drawing on his medical training and years of real, hands‑on experience, he put together a clear, down‑to‑earth approach to managing blood sugar day by day. The one that helps people feel steadier and more in charge of their own health, alongside their treatment.

No miracles. No gimmicks. Just a doctor who genuinely wants people to stop feeling helpless about their numbers.
